12 month facility to refurbish a building of self-contained studios in Bristol City Centre which will be re-let to students once complete.

We have provided a £5.5m facility to assist with the purchase and refurbishment of an existing building in Bristol, to maximise the rental income potential of 36 self-contained student studios. The scheme will be delivered over the summer months of 2024 while the building is vacant, and aims to be fully let for the beginning of the 2024 / 5 academic year.
