28-month development facility to fund a purpose-built student accommodation building near the University of Warwick.
We have provided a £26.2m development loan to deliver a new, 196 studio purpose-built student accommodation block with a gym, cinema and rooftop terrace.
The scheme is well located to service the University of Warick, one of the top universities in the country, and is situated 15 minutes walk from the campus. The accommodation is to be delivered for the academic intake in September 2025.
