We provided a 16-month, £12 million senior development facility to a seasoned property developer and repeat client based in the home counties.

Our client purchased a large, complicated site complete with mid-century office buildings, period residential buildings, car parking, and gardens. Our facility helped to transform this site into 49 new homes, while preserving original features and local heritage. Our in-house expertise helped identify and resolve some complex site issues, and the recycling of existing structures helped greatly reduce embodied carbon.
