Unlike the vast majority of specialist property lenders, our LTVs are always net, not gross — providing our borrowers with additional flexibility and firepower. Our maximum loan size is £10m and we offer retained, rolled and serviced interest options.
We will consider loans for every kind of property and development project but are especially keen to lend to developers focused on brownfield development, urban regeneration and the upcycling of UK real estate assets.
